Ms. Thompson is the President of Solare Engineering and one of the founding Principals. Ms. Thompson manages projects from design through the construction administration phases, coordinating with Architects as well as other engineer disciplines. She focuses on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology design. Ms. Thompson believes in the importance of creating a quality design that will endure beyond the project’s completion and exceed client expectations for the life of structure. Ms. Thompson’s work includes LEED Gold Tarrant County Civil Courts Building, LEED Silver Dionne Philips Bagsby Southwest Sub-Courthouse, Fort Worth ISD Visual Performing Arts and STEM Academy, Hope Lodge Houston, Central Plant upgrades for Tarrant County College District, and many other projects. Ms. Thompson is a member of ASHRAE, ASPE, BICSI, and NFPA.
